Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison is relisting his 8.4-acre oceanfront estate in North Palm Beach for $165 million, more than double his 2021 purchase price of $80 million. The Seminole Beach Estate, located in the exclusive Seminole Landing community, boasts approximately 562 feet of direct Atlantic frontage. Ellison had initially planned to demolish the existing 16,000-square-foot residence and build anew, but the property was listed for $145 million in 2022 and failed to sell. The current asking price represents a significant increase, highlighting the value placed on the land itself.
