Baanganga Gold Files DRHP For Rs 720 Crore

Baanganga Gold & Diamond has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) aiming to raise Rs 720 crore. The issue includes a fresh issue of Rs 540 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 180 crore. The company plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue primarily for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. Baanganga operates as an integrated gold and diamond jewellery manufacturer serving corporate retail chains and wholesalers.

बाणगंगा गोल्ड एंड डायमंड ने IPO के लिए SEBI के पास ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस (DRHP) जमा किया है। कंपनी 720 करोड़ रुपये जुटाना चाहती है। इसमें 540 करोड़ रुपये का फ्रेश इश्यू और 180 करोड़ रुपये का ऑफर फॉर सेल शामिल है। इस पैसे का इस्तेमाल कंपनी मुख्य रूप से वर्किंग कैपिटल और सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट ज़रूरतों के लिए करेगी। बाणगंगा सोने-हीरे के गहनों का निर्माण करती है।
