YSRCP Alleges Police Assault on Former Minister Vidadala Rajini at Residence

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has alleged that a woman police officer, Sub-Inspector Priyanka, pushed former Minister Vidadala Rajini to the ground at her residence in Chilakaluripet. The incident occurred when Ms. Rajini questioned police for preventing her party candidates from entering her home. The YSRCP claims police are obstructing their candidates' nominations at the behest of the Telugu Desam Party. The party has demanded action against the officer and intervention from the State Election Commission to ensure candidate safety.

वाईएसआरसीपी (YSRCP) ने आरोप लगाया है कि एक महिला पुलिस अधिकारी, सब-इंस्पेक्टर प्रियंका ने चिलकलूरिपेट में उनके आवास पर पूर्व मंत्री विडाडाला रजनी को ज़मीन पर धक्का दिया। यह घटना तब हुई जब सुश्री रजनी ने पुलिस द्वारा अपने पार्टी उम्मीदवारों को घर में घुसने से रोकने पर सवाल उठाया। वाईएसआरसीपी का दावा है कि पुलिस तेलुगु देशम पार्टी के कहने पर उनके उम्मीदवारों के नामांकन में बाधा डाल रही है। पार्टी ने अधिकारी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई और उम्मीदवार की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए राज्य चुनाव आयोग से हस्तक्षेप की मांग की है।
