A 42-year-old woman from Somaliland carried a dead fetus in her abdomen for approximately three years, which eventually calcified into a hard, stone-like structure. Doctors diagnosed this rare condition as a 'lithopedion' or 'stone baby' after the woman experienced persistent lower abdominal pain. Medical reports indicate she had pregnancy-like symptoms three years ago, but the fetal movement ceased, and her abdomen returned to normal. Subsequent investigations, including ultrasound and CT scans, revealed a calcified fetal skeleton measuring 18x12x10 cm.
