Coforge Hires Egon Zehnder For Directors

IT firm Coforge has appointed Egon Zehnder to find two independent directors, aiming to strengthen its board. This move follows the resignations of chairman OP Bhatt and NRC chair DK Singh. The company stated that governance issues leading to the exits did not impact operations or financial reporting. An internal audit by KPMG revealed board evaluation reports were not shared with all members.
