Opposition Slams Centre Over Sonam Wangchuk's Removal

The opposition has strongly criticized the Centre following the removal of renowned educationist and climate activist Sonam Wangchuk from a key government committee. Wangchuk, known for his work in Ladakh and inspiration for the movie '3 Idiots', was reportedly removed from the Leh-based expert panel for the Union Territory's development.
