A lawyer argued authorities proceeded without removing debris, suggesting people might still be trapped. The court questioned the basis for this claim, stating the plea would be listed in due course and advising against filing petitions without technical information.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने सोमवार को सत्य निकेतन हॉस्टल के पास गिरी इमारत के बगल वाली इमारत को गिराने के नगर निगम के फैसले से जुड़ी याचिका पर तत्काल सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया। वकील ने कहा कि मलबा हटाए बिना कार्रवाई हुई, शायद लोग फंसे हों। कोर्ट ने इस दावे का आधार पूछा और कहा कि याचिका नियमानुसार सूचीबद्ध होगी। कोर्ट ने तकनीकी जानकारी के बिना याचिका दायर करने पर भी सलाह दी।
