Delhi HC Orders Forensic Audit Of Fortis Shares

The Delhi High Court has ordered a forensic audit of Fortis share transactions as part of the Daiichi-Ranbaxy dispute. Chartered accountancy firm S Ramanand Aiyar & Co has been appointed as the auditor and given six months to complete the task. The audit aims to reconstruct the entire chain of transactions related to the shares.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने Daiichi-Ranbaxy विवाद के मामले में फोर्टिस के शेयर सौदों का फोरेंसिक ऑडिट कराने का आदेश दिया है। चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंसी फर्म एस रामानंद अय्यर एंड कंपनी को ऑडिटर नियुक्त किया गया है और उन्हें यह काम पूरा करने के लिए छह महीने का समय दिया गया है। इस ऑडिट का मकसद शेयरों से जुड़े सभी सौदों की पूरी कड़ी का पता लगाना है।
