Patna Food Outlets Face Action Over Safety And Hygiene Violations

The food safety department in Patna has taken action against several food outlets, including a Blinkit warehouse, 9 to 9 supermarkets, and YO China restaurant, for violating safety and hygiene norms. During inspections, the sale of food products worth over Rs 2 crore was halted at a Blinkit warehouse, and expired or damaged items were destroyed. Fourteen-day improvement notices were issued to establishments found non-compliant, with warnings of licence suspension and further legal action if deficiencies are not rectified.

पटना में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने सुरक्षा और स्वच्छता नियमों के उल्लंघन के लिए Blinkit वेयरहाउस, 9 to 9 सुपरमार्केट और YO China रेस्टोरेंट सहित कई फूड आउटलेट्स के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की है। निरीक्षण के दौरान, Blinkit वेयरहाउस में 2 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के खाद्य उत्पादों की बिक्री रोक दी गई और एक्सपायर्ड या खराब हो चुके सामान को नष्ट कर दिया गया। नियमों का पालन न करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों को 14 दिन का सुधार नोटिस जारी किया गया है, साथ ही चेताया गया है कि यदि कमियों को दूर नहीं किया गया तो लाइसेंस निलंबित किया जा सकता है और आगे कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
