मेघालय के मुख्यमंत्री कॉनराड के संगमा ने तुरा में SPARK मेघालय स्टेट समिट '26 में भाग लिया, जिसका आयोजन राज्य शिक्षा विभाग ने किया था। इस समिट का मकसद युवाओं को राज्य की विविध संस्कृतियों, भाषाओं और परंपराओं से रूबरू कराकर उनमें आत्मविश्वास जगाना, मूल्य स्थापित करना और दोस्ती बनाना है। संगमा ने मेघालय ग्रासरूट्स म्यूजिक प्रोजेक्ट जैसी पहलों के लिए सरकार के समर्थन पर जोर दिया, जो कलाकारों को प्रदर्शन के माध्यम से कमाई करने में सक्षम बनाता है। उन्होंने राज्य के युवाओं की उत्पादक ऊर्जा को सही दिशा देने पर बल दिया। इस कार्यक्रम ने छात्रों को बातचीत करने और विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक पहलुओं को समझने का एक मंच प्रदान किया।
