India Today · politics
Tens of thousands of Israelis living abroad are returning to their country to cast their votes in the upcoming October 27 election, as Israel does not permit postal or online voting for citizens overseas. An estimated 67,000 Israelis are expected to fly back, many from the United States and Europe, to participate in the electoral process. Their votes are considered significant in an election predicted to be very close, potentially influencing the outcome by a margin equivalent to two parliamentary seats.
