Fusion CX's shares are set to list on the BSE and NSE today, with a grey market premium (GMP) of approximately 5% indicating expectations of a modest debut. The company raised Rs 702 crore through its book-built IPO, which included a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The IPO, priced between Rs 275-Rs 289 per share, was subscribed 4.68 times overall. Proceeds will be used for debt repayment, subsidiary investments, and strategic acquisitions. Investors Ashish Kacholia and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance participated in the anchor book.
