Court Orders FIR Against 20 Cops For Falsely Implicating Man and Son

A Chief Judicial Magistrate court in Bahraich has ordered the registration of an FIR against 20 police personnel, including the former station officer of Sujauli police station. The directive follows allegations that a man and his son were falsely implicated in a criminal case and subsequently jailed. The complainant approached the court after senior police officials failed to act on his repeated complaints. The police allegedly entered the man's house forcibly and later took him and his younger son to the station before implicating them.

बहराइच की एक Chief Judicial Magistrate कोर्ट ने सुजाउली पुलिस स्टेशन के पूर्व स्टेशन ऑफिसर समेत 20 पुलिसकर्मियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया है। यह आदेश इसलिए आया क्योंकि आरोप है कि एक आदमी और उसके बेटे को एक आपराधिक मामले में झूठा फंसाया गया और फिर जेल भेज दिया गया। शिकायतकर्ता ने कोर्ट का रुख तब किया जब सीनियर पुलिस अधिकारियों ने उसकी बार-बार की शिकायतों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की। पुलिस पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने जबरन आदमी के घर में घुसकर उसे और उसके छोटे बेटे को स्टेशन ले जाकर झूठे मामले में फंसाया।
