INDIA गठबंधन की वोटर लिस्ट में गड़बड़ी को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री ने 14 खामियों के चलते वापस कर दी है। मुख्य समस्याओं में अखिलेश यादव और तेजस्वी यादव जैसे नेताओं के वकालतनामों पर हस्ताक्षर न होना, मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे के आईडी की अस्पष्ट कॉपी और कोर्ट फीस में ₹220 की कमी शामिल है। रजिस्ट्री ने व्यक्तिगत चुनाव आयुक्तों को प्रतिवादी बनाने पर भी सवाल उठाए। इन कमियों के कारण याचिका सुनवाई के लिए सूचीबद्ध नहीं हो सकी।
