दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने एक नौजवान को अपनी मर्ज़ी से जीने की आज़ादी दे दी है। कोर्ट ने उसके पिता की उस अर्ज़ी को ख़ारिज कर दिया जिसमें वो बेटे को घर वापस बुलाना चाहते थे। कोर्ट ने इस बात पर ज़ोर दिया कि एक बालिग़ इंसान को अपनी ज़िंदगी और रहने की जगह के बारे में खुद फैसले लेने का हक़ है। कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बावजूद, पिता ने अपने बेटे के ख़िलाफ़ दो एफआईआर (FIR) दर्ज कराई हैं। यह कानूनी कार्रवाई एक बड़े पारिवारिक झगड़े की ओर इशारा करती है, जहाँ पिता पुलिस के ज़रिए अपना हक़ जताना या शिकायतें दूर करना चाहते हैं।
