Military chiefs from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey met in Riyadh to reaffirm their commitment to defending Saudi Arabia against Houthi rebel attacks. The three nations, signatories to the Mecca defence pact, discussed enhancing intelligence sharing and military coordination. They reviewed the security situation and condemned Houthi attacks targeting Mecca and Saudi infrastructure. The Mecca Pact, signed last month, states an attack on one signatory is an attack on all, aiming to bolster collective deterrence and cooperation.
