Stellantis and Tata Motors Expand Partnership for Vehicle Technology Development

TMPV have signed a definitive agreement to deepen their long-standing partnership, focusing on advanced technology and product development. This collaboration builds upon a previous MoU and will see TMPV provide Stellantis access to its advanced product technology and vehicle architecture. Stellantis will leverage these capabilities for product development in India to cater to over 50 global markets. Vehicles developed under this agreement will be manufactured in India at Fiat India Automobiles Pvt Ltd (FIAPL), a 50:50 joint venture between the two companies.
