ICC Announces New World Cup Formats For T20

The ICC has revealed new formats for the Men's ODI and T20 World Cups. The second round will now consist of two groups of six teams. The top three from each group, along with one additional team, will advance to a Super 7 stage. This replaces the previous Super 6 format, aiming to enhance the competitive balance and spectator engagement in the tournaments.
