Rajasthan Minister's Son Contests Panchayat Polls Independently

Durga Singh Kharra, son of Rajasthan UDH minister Jhabar Singh Kharra, has filed his nomination as an independent candidate for ward 19 of Shrimadhopur Panchayat Samiti in Sikar district. He cited discontent among BJP workers and requests from voters as reasons for contesting outside the party umbrella. Kharra stated he did not seek a BJP ticket and decided to run independently after voters expressed dissatisfaction with the saffron party.

राजस्थान के यूडीएच मंत्री झाबर सिंह खर्रा के बेटे दुर्गा सिंह खर्रा ने सीकर जिले की श्रीमाधोपुर पंचायत समिति के वार्ड 19 से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के तौर पर अपना नामांकन दाखिल किया है। उन्होंने बीजेपी कार्यकर्ताओं में असंतोष और मतदाताओं के अनुरोध को पार्टी के बाहर चुनाव लड़ने का कारण बताया। खर्रा ने कहा कि उन्होंने बीजेपी का टिकट नहीं मांगा था और मतदाताओं द्वारा भगवा पार्टी से असंतोष व्यक्त करने के बाद उन्होंने निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला किया।
