Salve: Cannot Evict People From Illegal Buildings

वरिष्ठ वकील हरीश साल्वे ने एनडीटीवी से कहा कि अधिकारी अवैध इमारतों में रहने वालों को उनकी दुर्दशा पर विचार किए बिना बेदखल नहीं कर सकते। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि यह पता लगाना ज़रूरी है कि लोग असुरक्षित या अनधिकृत ढांचों में रहने को क्यों मजबूर होते हैं। साल्वे ने कहा कि अधिकारियों को ऐसे आवास विकल्पों के पीछे के कारणों की भी जांच करनी चाहिए।
