The final published roll now lists 71.58 lakh electors in the state. This revision process, which began in June, saw the initial voter count of over 79 lakh reduced after claims and objections were processed. The final roll includes over 1.29 lakh newly enrolled voters, with a gender breakdown showing 34.21 lakh women, 37.37 lakh men, and 212 third-gender voters.

उत्तराखंड की चुनावी मतदाता सूची में बड़ा बदलाव हुआ है, स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (SIR) के दौरान करीब नौ लाख नाम हटा दिए गए हैं। अब प्रकाशित अंतिम सूची में राज्य में 71.58 लाख मतदाता हैं। जून में शुरू हुई इस रिवीजन प्रक्रिया में दावों और आपत्तियों को निपटाने के बाद 79 लाख से ज़्यादा मतदाताओं की शुरुआती संख्या को कम कर दिया गया। अंतिम सूची में 1.29 लाख से ज़्यादा नए मतदाता शामिल हैं, जिसमें लिंग के हिसाब से 34.21 लाख महिलाएं, 37.37 लाख पुरुष और 212 तीसरे लिंग के मतदाता हैं।
