Indore BJP Official Booked Under POCSO For Misbehaving With Girl

A BJP mandal president in Indore, Kamal Chauhan, has been booked under the POCSO Act and molestation charges for allegedly misbehaving with a 15-year-old girl at a Garba venue. The incident occurred when Chauhan reportedly argued with the girl and pushed her aggressively while managing arrangements at the Kankeshwari Ground. A video of the incident went viral, prompting the police to record the minor's statement and file an FIR. The BJP has also issued a show cause notice to Chauhan, demanding a reply within three days.

इंदौर में एक भाजपा मंडल अध्यक्ष कमल चौहान पर गरबा स्थल पर 15 साल की लड़की से कथित तौर पर बदसलूकी करने के आरोप में POCSO एक्ट और छेड़छाड़ के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। यह घटना तब हुई जब चौहान कथित तौर पर लड़की से बहस कर रहे थे और कांखेश्वरी ग्राउंड में व्यवस्था संभालते समय उसे जोर से धक्का दिया। घटना का एक वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद पुलिस ने नाबालिग का बयान दर्ज कर FIR दर्ज की। भाजपा ने चौहान को कारण बताओ नोटिस भी जारी किया है और तीन दिनों के भीतर जवाब मांगा है।
