CPI(M) Accuses UDF of Aiding BJP-Controlled ED in CMRL-Exalogic Case

The CPI(M) has accused the Congress-led UDF in Kerala of aiding the ED by withholding facts in the CMRL-Exalogic case. CPI(M) leader M.V. Jayarajan stated that the ED extorted false statements from CMRL officials, who later retracted them, alleging duress. He further alleged that the state deliberately failed to argue that the ED did not present its case for an FIR against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in the High Court.

CPI(M) ने केरल में कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाले UDF पर CMRL-Exalogic मामले में तथ्य छिपाकर ED की मदद करने का आरोप लगाया है। CPI(M) नेता एम.वी. जयराजन ने कहा कि ED ने CMRL अधिकारियों से झूठे बयान लिए, जिन्हें बाद में दबाव की शिकायत करते हुए वापस ले लिया गया। उन्होंने आगे आरोप लगाया कि राज्य ने जानबूझकर यह तर्क नहीं दिया कि ED ने हाई कोर्ट में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनाराई विजयन के खिलाफ FIR के लिए अपना मामला पेश नहीं किया था।
