CPI(M) Leader Rajesh Alleges ED-VD Match-Fixing in FIR Against Pinarayi Vijayan

CPI(M) State secretariat member M.B. Rajesh has accused the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan of a "match-fixing" arrangement concerning the FIR against Leader of the Opposition Pinarayi Vijayan. Rajesh labelled the action as political persecution, questioning the FIR's basis beyond MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan's court allegations. He criticised the ED for treating its claims as unquestionable and allegedly misusing statements obtained through threats. The CPI(M) plans to challenge any attempts to target Vijayan and the Left legally and politically.

CPI(M) के राज्य सचिवालय सदस्य एम.बी. राजेश ने आरोप लगाया है कि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) और मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीशण के बीच विपक्ष के नेता पिनराई विजयन के खिलाफ FIR को लेकर "मैच फिक्सिंग" का समझौता हुआ है। राजेश ने इस कार्रवाई को राजनीतिक उत्पीड़न बताया और विधायक मैथ्यू कुझलनदान के अदालत में लगाए गए आरोपों से परे FIR के आधार पर सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने ED की आलोचना की कि वह अपने दावों को अकाट्य मान रही है और कथित तौर पर धमकियों के जरिए हासिल किए गए बयानों का दुरुपयोग कर रही है। CPI(M) विजयन और वाम दलों को निशाना बनाने के किसी भी प्रयास को कानूनी और राजनीतिक रूप से चुनौती देने की योजना बना रहा है।
