SC Judge Complains Against Acting CJ

A Supreme Court judge has lodged a complaint against the acting Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, alleging a lack of leadership and instances of maladministration. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant stated that such matters must be resolved through established mechanisms, not public media disputes. He emphasized that the Supreme Court cannot adjudicate judicial complaints based on media coverage.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज ने कार्यवाहक सीजेआई के खिलाफ की शिकायत

राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट के एक्टिंग चीफ जस्टिस के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक जज ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उन पर नेतृत्व की कमी और कुप्रशासन का आरोप है। भारत के चीफ जस्टिस सूर्यकांत ने कहा कि ऐसे मामले मीडिया में नहीं, बल्कि तय प्रक्रियाओं से सुलझाए जाने चाहिए। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट मीडिया रिपोर्ट के आधार पर न्यायिक शिकायतों पर फैसला नहीं कर सकता।
