CJP ने 11 अक्टूबर को जंतर मंतर पर और विरोध प्रदर्शन करने की घोषणा की है, जिसमें चुनावी सूची में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार के इस्तीफे की मांग की गई है। CJP नेता अजिंक्य शिंदे ने कहा कि पिछले प्रदर्शनों के दौरान कार्यकर्ताओं और नेताओं को हिरासत में लिए जाने के बावजूद पार्टी पीछे नहीं हटेगी। पार्टी ने 13 करोड़ वोटों को हटाने और हेरफेर करने का आरोप लगाया है और दिल्ली में भारी सुरक्षा और प्रतिबंधों की निंदा की है। जवाबदेही तय होने तक देशभर में सविनय अवज्ञा और सड़क पर विरोध प्रदर्शन की योजना है।
