The single bench of Justice Samit Gopal delivered this verdict after hearing the petitions filed by both individuals challenging the trial court's decision.

समाजवादी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता आजम खान और उनके बेटे अब्दुल्ला आजम खान को दो पैन कार्ड मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है। हाईकोर्ट ने उनकी जमानत अर्जी मंजूर करते हुए उन्हें जमानत दे दी है। हालांकि, कोर्ट ने उनकी सजा पर रोक लगाने की याचिका स्वीकार नहीं की। जस्टिस समित गोपाल की एकल पीठ ने दोनों की याचिकाओं पर सुनवाई के बाद यह फैसला सुनाया है।
