Hockey India president Dilip Tirkey has objected to the proposed Executive Board meeting, stating it was convened without his approval. Tirkey also questioned the significant focus on issues related to the Hockey Association of Odisha. He previously claimed an earlier meeting was also called without his consultation. An Executive Board member raised concerns about including Tirkey's personal complaint on the agenda and the meeting's timing before upcoming federation elections.

हॉकी इंडिया के अध्यक्ष दिलीप तिर्की ने प्रस्तावित एग्जीक्यूटिव बोर्ड मीटिंग पर आपत्ति जताई है, उन्होंने कहा कि यह उनकी मंजूरी के बिना बुलाई गई थी। तिर्की ने हॉकी एसोसिएशन ऑफ ओडिशा से संबंधित मुद्दों पर अत्यधिक ध्यान केंद्रित करने पर भी सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने पहले दावा किया था कि एक पिछली मीटिंग भी उनसे सलाह लिए बिना बुलाई गई थी। एक एग्जीक्यूटिव बोर्ड सदस्य ने एजेंडे में तिर्की की व्यक्तिगत शिकायत को शामिल करने और आगामी फेडरेशन चुनावों से पहले मीटिंग के समय पर चिंता जताई थी।
