Rahul Gandhi's Plea Faces 14 Defects In Supreme Court Filing

The INDIA alliance leaders filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the Election Commission and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. However, the Supreme Court registry identified 14 deficiencies in Rahul Gandhi's petition. These include missing vakalatnamas for nine petitioners, an unclear copy of Mallikarjun Kharge's ID, insufficient court fees, and blurry documents. The registry also noted issues with small fonts, missing pages, and non-color copies for specific documents. The petition sought various reliefs related to the Election Commission's processes and decisions.

INDIA गठबंधन के नेताओं ने चुनाव आयोग और मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी। लेकिन, सुप्रीम कोर्ट रजिस्ट्री ने राहुल गांधी की याचिका में 14 कमियां पाईं। इनमें नौ याचिकाकर्ताओं के लिए वकालतनामा गायब होना, मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के आईडी की अस्पष्ट कॉपी, अपर्याप्त कोर्ट फीस और धुंधले दस्तावेज़ शामिल हैं। रजिस्ट्री ने छोटे फ़ॉन्ट, गायब पन्ने और कुछ दस्तावेज़ों के लिए नॉन-कलर कॉपी जैसी समस्याएं भी बताईं। याचिका में चुनाव आयोग की प्रक्रियाओं और फैसलों से संबंधित कई राहतें मांगी गई थीं।
