The Allahabad high court has requested the guardian consent form for a 13-year-old rape survivor who underwent a surgical procedure for pregnancy termination. This occurred despite a prior court order for medical termination of pregnancy (MTP). An affidavit stated all efforts were made for the minor's health, with two doctors assigned for the MTP. However, induction was not possible, leading to a surgical procedure on September 23, 2026. The infant later died, while the minor was discharged in good health.
