X Corp informed the Delhi high court that notices purportedly issued by Delhi Police to take down accounts of digital rights groups Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF) and Software Freedom Law Center (SFLC) were fake. An internal investigation by X revealed the notices were not genuine, and no action would be taken against the organisations. The company has filed a complaint with Delhi Police regarding the fake notices.

X Corp ने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट को बताया कि डिजिटल अधिकार समूहों इंटरनेट फ्रीडम फाउंडेशन (IFF) और सॉफ्टवेयर फ्रीडम लॉ सेंटर (SFLC) के अकाउंट हटाने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस द्वारा कथित तौर पर जारी किए गए नोटिस नकली थे। X की आंतरिक जांच में पता चला कि नोटिस असली नहीं थे, और संगठनों के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी। कंपनी ने नकली नोटिसों के संबंध में दिल्ली पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।
