Accenture Overhauls Salary Hike Model Post IT Layoffs

Accenture has introduced a new salary hike model following recent IT sector job cuts. Under this revised structure, half of the approved salary increase will be incorporated into an employee's base pay. The remaining portion will be disbursed as a one-time lump-sum payment. This change aims to adjust compensation strategies in response to the evolving landscape of the IT industry and employee remuneration.
