Bollywood Stars Respond to FDA Notice on Vimal

Maharashtra FDA Commissioner Tukaram Mundhe confirmed that Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Tiger Shroff have responded to the show-cause notices sent to them regarding the Vimal Elaichi advertisement. Two of the actors also appeared for a hearing. The FDA had issued the notices, alleging that the advertisement for Vimal Elaichi was a surrogate promotion for Vimal Pan Masala, a product banned in Maharashtra. Further action will now be taken by the FDA based on the responses received.

महाराष्ट्र FDA कमिश्नर तुकाराम मुंडे ने कन्फर्म किया है कि बॉलीवुड एक्टर्स शाहरुख खान, अजय देवगन और टाइगर श्रॉफ ने विमल इलायची के विज्ञापन को लेकर भेजे गए शो-कॉज नोटिस का जवाब दे दिया है। दो एक्टर्स तो सुनवाई के लिए हाजिर भी हुए। FDA ने ये नोटिस इसलिए भेजे थे क्योंकि आरोप है कि विमल इलायची का विज्ञापन, महाराष्ट्र में बैन हो चुके विमल पान मसाला का सरोगेट प्रमोशन था। FDA अब मिले जवाबों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई करेगा।
