Nepal PM Shah Makes First Foreign Trip

Nepal Prime Minister Balendra Shah embarks on his first foreign trip to the United States on Tuesday for the 81st UN General Assembly. He will address the General Debate on September 24 and meet UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. Shah plans to highlight climate change and global warming, linking them to Nepal's recent devastating floods. The delegation includes Foreign Minister Shisir Khanal and other senior officials. Shah returns on September 26.

नेपाल के पीएम शाह की पहली विदेश यात्रा

नेपाल के प्रधानमंत्री बालेन्द्र शाह मंगलवार को अमेरिका के लिए अपनी पहली विदेश यात्रा पर रवाना हुए हैं। वे 81वीं संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में हिस्सा लेंगे और 24 सितंबर को जनरल डिबेट को संबोधित करेंगे। वे संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासचिव एंटोनियो गुटेरेस से भी मिलेंगे। शाह जलवायु परिवर्तन और ग्लोबल वार्मिंग पर बात करेंगे, जिनका संबंध नेपाल की हाल की विनाशकारी बाढ़ से है। उनके साथ विदेश मंत्री शिशिर खनाल भी होंगे। वे 26 सितंबर को लौटेंगे।
