Bollywood actor Tusshar Kapoor has reportedly received an extortion threat demanding Rs 5 crore from an individual claiming to be part of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. However, the Mumbai Crime Branch's preliminary investigation suggests the gang's involvement is unlikely. Police suspect the caller impersonated a gang member to intimidate the actor. While the actor has informally alerted the police and his security has been enhanced, no First Information Report has been registered yet as the investigation continues to identify the caller.
