US stocks saw the Nasdaq fall to near one-month lows on Thursday, driven by fears that higher interest rates could impact artificial-intelligence investments. This deepened a sell-off in AI-linked stocks, as fresh data confirmed building price pressures within the US economy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 266.74 points, or 0.52%, to 51,888.22. However, the S&P 500 lost 33.35 points, or 0.43%, to 7,685.59, and the Nasdaq Composite declined 329.86 points, or 1.24%, to 26,363.01.
