नूरपुर पुलिस ने नशीले पदार्थों के खिलाफ अभियान के तहत ड्रग तस्कर, शमशेर सिंह, की ₹48.30 लाख की संपत्ति जब्त की है। जब्त की गई संपत्तियों में कांगड़ा जिले में एक दो मंजिला रिहायशी इमारत और कुल ₹2.40 लाख नकद शामिल हैं। एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत की गई यह कार्रवाई ड्रग तस्करों के वित्तीय नेटवर्क को निशाना बनाती है। पुलिस का लक्ष्य अवैध गतिविधियों से अर्जित संपत्ति जब्त करके अवैध धंधों को खत्म करना है, जिससे अभियान केवल गिरफ्तारी और नशीले पदार्थों की बरामदगी से आगे बढ़ सके। तस्कर को जब्त की गई संपत्ति का कब्जा सौंपने का आदेश दिया गया है।
