WCA CEO Tom Moffat highlighted ETPL's early and constructive engagement with player representatives to establish clear arrangements. The league was recognized for its leading best practice in collectively negotiating player agreements ahead of its inaugural season, ensuring player welfare and contractual clarity from the outset.
