Scientists Celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi In Antarctica

Indian scientists stationed in Antarctica, approximately 15,000 kilometers from India, celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi by creating a unique idol of Lord Ganesha from ice. The team at Maitri Research Station, part of the National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research, meticulously crafted the idol and performed prayers with full enthusiasm. They also devised an eco-friendly immersion method, dissolving the ice idol in a bucket of water within the station.
