Balanced advantage and dynamic asset allocation funds have significantly increased their net equity allocation. The average net equity allocation for these funds rose from 52.65% in September 2024 to 64.98% by August 2026, marking a 12.33 percentage point increase. Thirty out of thirty-four tracked schemes boosted their equity exposure during this period. Funds like Bajaj Finserv Balanced Advantage Fund and Quant Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund now hold substantial equity, nearing 86.2% and 81.9% respectively. This trend indicates a strategic shift towards higher equity exposure within these hybrid fund categories.
