Teams deployed in the worst-hit areas responded to various emergencies, including stranded devotees, inundated colonies, and snakebite victims. One significant operation involved evacuating fifteen devotees from the Budhi Thakurani temple. Firefighters also rescued individuals trapped in submerged vehicles and homes. The swift actions of the 400 firefighters across 35 teams ensured that distress calls were answered despite severe conditions and strong currents.
