Kerala Police have extended their investigation into the Moolathara lynching case to Tamil Nadu in an effort to identify the victim. The man, believed to be around 40, was found dead under suspicious circumstances near the Moolathara regulator on Sunday morning. A postmortem confirmed he was murdered, leading to the arrest of seven youths from the Srambi hamlet. The accused have been remanded in judicial custody. Local residents had seen the unidentified man in the area for about a week prior to the incident.
