Sree Narayana Guru Open University (SGOU) has become the first university in Keralam to implement the Kerala Right to Service Act 2025. This move establishes a legal framework to deliver 40 essential student services within specific deadlines across academic, examination, IT, and library departments. Services include issuing certificates and mark lists promptly, with digital downloads available. A three-tier appeal system is in place, ensuring accountability and a student-friendly atmosphere for learners and the public.

श्री नारायण गुरु विश्वविद्यालय ने सेवा का अधिकार लागू किया

केरल के श्री नारायण गुरु ओपन यूनिवर्सिटी (SGOU) ने केरल राइट टू सर्विस एक्ट 2025 लागू किया है। यह केरल का पहला विश्वविद्यालय है जिसने ऐसा किया है। अब छात्रों को अकादमिक, परीक्षा, आईटी और लाइब्रेरी विभागों से जुड़े 40 ज़रूरी काम तय समय में मिलेंगे। सर्टिफिकेट और मार्कशीट जल्दी मिलेंगी, जिन्हें डिजिटल भी डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे। कोई दिक्कत होने पर तीन स्तरों पर अपील की जा सकती है।
