The oxygen plant at SNMMCH, Jharkhand's largest government facility, has been non-operational for four days. This shutdown has halted the oxygen supply via pipelines, leaving patients in distress. Despite having oxygen beds, patients are unable to receive essential facilities, forcing many to return home disappointed. Hospital management has posted a notice about the plant's failure, while state health ministers' promises of improvement during visits remain unfulfilled on the ground.

झारखंड की सबसे बड़ी सरकारी सुविधा SNMMCH में ऑक्सीजन प्लांट चार दिनों से बंद है। इस बंद की वजह से पाइपलाइन से ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई रुक गई है, जिससे मरीज परेशान हैं। ऑक्सीजन बेड होने के बावजूद, मरीज ज़रूरी सुविधाएँ नहीं ले पा रहे हैं, और कई लोग निराश होकर घर लौट रहे हैं। अस्पताल प्रबंधन ने प्लांट की खराबी के बारे में एक नोटिस लगाया है, जबकि राज्य के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रियों के दौरे के दौरान सुधार के वादे ज़मीनी हकीकत में पूरे नहीं हुए हैं।
