The ICC has fined both the Indian and West Indies cricket teams for maintaining slow over-rates during their third ODI in New Chandigarh. India was found to be four overs behind the required pace, resulting in a 20% match fee fine. The West Indies, two overs short, received a 10% fine. These penalties are applied according to ICC regulations for minimum over-rate offences. Both team captains accepted the sanctions without a formal hearing, as imposed by the ICC Match Referee.
