Gujarat has climbed to become the second-highest car-selling state in India for October, recording 41,552 vehicle sales as of October 28. This surge places it ahead of Uttar Pradesh, which sold 38,233 units, while Maharashtra remains the top seller with 44,632 units. The state's strong performance is attributed to the festive season, improved affordability, and sustained demand for entry-level cars and SUVs. Gujarat's robust industrial base and growing urban centers also contribute to its significant automotive market.

गुजरात अक्टूबर में भारत का दूसरा सबसे ज़्यादा कार बेचने वाला राज्य बन गया है। 28 अक्टूबर तक 41,552 गाड़ियां बिकीं। इससे वह उत्तर प्रदेश से आगे निकल गया, जिसने 38,233 गाड़ियां बेचीं। महाराष्ट्र 44,632 गाड़ियों के साथ पहले स्थान पर है। राज्य का यह अच्छा प्रदर्शन त्योहारी सीजन, बेहतर सामर्थ्य और एंट्री-लेवल कारों व SUVs की लगातार मांग के कारण है। गुजरात का मज़बूत औद्योगिक आधार और बढ़ते शहरी केंद्र भी इसके महत्वपूर्ण ऑटोमोटिव बाज़ार में योगदान करते हैं।
