Two Held For Stealing Rs 1.7 Lakh Jewellery

Two youths were arrested in Trichy for breaking into a goldsmith's workshop and stealing diamond-studded gold worth Rs 1.7 lakh. The theft occurred at the residence of goldsmith S Balaji. Police identified the suspects, J Jeyaraj Jenis and H Manikandan, through surveillance footage. The stolen jewellery was recovered, and both accused have been remanded to judicial custody. This incident highlights ongoing concerns about property crime in the region.

१.७ लाख के गहने चुराने के आरोप में दो गिरफ्तार

तिरुचिरापल्ली में दो युवकों को एक सुनार की दुकान में घुसकर 1.7 लाख रुपये के हीरे-जड़ित सोने के गहने चुराने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। यह चोरी सुनार एस बालाजी के घर में हुई थी। पुलिस ने सीसीटीवी फुटेज की मदद से जे. जेयराज जेनेस और एच. मणिकांतन नाम के संदिग्धों की पहचान की। चोरी हुए गहने बरामद कर लिए गए हैं और दोनों आरोपियों को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
