A group of IIT-Bombay undergraduate students has voiced concerns over campus security, political interference, and academic disruptions stemming from ongoing protests. The student body, IITB for Bharat, expressed worries about the safety of students and staff, citing attempts by outsiders to enter the campus and the involvement of political leaders. They questioned whether the protest remained focused on its original demands or was being influenced by external political interests. Repeated campus access restrictions are reportedly affecting daily life, potentially leading to postponements of academic programs and institutional events.
