Trilateral negotiations between Russia, Ukraine, and the United States are scheduled to take place in the United Arab Emirates during November, according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov. These talks aim to end the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Previous US-brokered discussions earlier this year yielded little progress. Russia has indicated willingness to re-engage following a meeting between US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and President Vladimir Putin. Hopes for significant breakthroughs remain slim due to Russia's stringent demands, including territorial concessions and Ukraine's NATO membership.
