Flex boards featuring former chief minister Oommen Chandy's photograph have been displayed in Kottayam, Kerala. This comes amid criticism that the state government adopted a soft stance in the high court concerning the CMRL–Exalogic case involving opposition leader Pinarayi Vijayan. The boards, put up by Congress workers, express that party members have not forgotten past actions against Chandy. While MLA Mathew Kuzhalnadan publicly voiced criticism, Chandy Oommen stated that his father did not receive justice, but using this as a pretext to target others is not the Congress party's approach.

केरल के कोट्टयम में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ओमन चांडी की तस्वीर वाले फ्लेक्स बोर्ड लगाए गए हैं। यह उस आलोचना के बीच हुआ है जब राज्य सरकार ने विपक्ष के नेता पिनराई विजयन से जुड़े सीएमआरएल-एक्सलॉजिक मामले में हाई कोर्ट में नरमी बरती थी। कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा लगाए गए इन बोर्डों में कहा गया है कि पार्टी के सदस्य चांडी के खिलाफ अतीत की कार्रवाइयों को भूले नहीं हैं। जहाँ विधायक मैथ्यू कुझलनंदन ने सार्वजनिक रूप से आलोचना की, वहीं चांडी ओमन ने कहा कि उनके पिता को न्याय नहीं मिला, लेकिन इसे बहाना बनाकर दूसरों को निशाना बनाना कांग्रेस पार्टी का तरीका नहीं है।
